This rice is produced in Japan, in the Miyagi area and packaged in Italy. It has a small, round grain and is excellent for Japanese cuisine. It has a delicate aroma that accompanies a sweet taste and a lasting consistency over time. It is refined with special machinery that also remove excess chaff, making sure that the product does not have to be washed before use.
