The site https://www.italpo.it collects and processes data as described below, in compliance with the legislation prescribed by EU regulation EU 679/2016, and the national privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 101/2018) and its subsequent amendments and addenda.
The owner of the site, in compliance with the recommendations of the Garante della Privacy (Italy’s personal-data protection authority) on the adaptation of the GDPR, places great importance on the privacy of visitors and users in order not to infringe the rights of visitors or users who browse this site.

This information applies exclusively to the online features of the site and is valid for visitors to the site. The information does not apply to any information collected outside the web channel of which this website is a part.

The web hosting company responsible for data processing (ArubaS.p.A.,con sede in Ponte San Pietro (BG), Via San Clemente n.53) processes the data only at the explicit request of the owner, in compliance with European regulations.
The data used for security purposes are kept for the duration defined by law.

The Purpose and Legal Bases of data processing

The processing of data acquired from visitors to this site is managed in a strictly legal manner, and all appropriate measures are adopted to:

Processing carried out and its purpose

How your personal data will be made accessible or divulged to others.

The data will be processed only by subjects expressly authorised to do so by the owner or by companies acting as data processors on behalf of the owner who have signed a specific contract that closely regulates the processing of data entrusted to them and their obligations regarding data protection, and this data will never be disclosed nor transferred. By way of example, the data may be disclosed to the following categories of people or organisations: an accountant for accounting or tax purposes; to banks for payments to law firms in the event of a dispute; to Public Administration bodies as required by law.

For the purposes of the processing referred to in Point 2a, b and c, the data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently, in all cases within the terms of the law, for 10 years from the date of termination of the contracts with customers and suppliers (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, which provides for the retention of accounting records for 10 years; Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 600 of 29 September 1973), for the fulfilment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.
For the purposes of the processing referred to in Point 2d, the data will be kept until the user unsubscribes, which can be done by using the link included in every email.

Purpose of processing and its legal basis

For security in the workplace and the protection of company assets (i.e., to avoid the risk of theft, damage, or tampering), surveillance cameras have been installed outside and inside our company premises, which inevitably collect personal data (images) of anyone who enters the field of view of the cameras, the extent of which is indicated by signs placed near the perimeter of the cameras' range. The signage is to make visitors aware that once they have crossed this threshold their image will be captured on video. The legal basis of the processing is the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6, Paragraph 1f of the GDPR), for the purposes indicated above. Your personal data will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.

Recipients

Your data will not be transferred either to member states of the European Union or to third countries not belonging to the European Union.

Data retention period

The recordings are kept for 24 hours, subject to special requirements for extended periods of retention due to holidays or the closure of offices or businesses, or in the event that a specific request has been made by a judicial authority or the police.
Once these periods have elapsed the recordings are automatically deleted.

Obligation to provide personal data and conseguences of a refusal to do so

The provision of data is mandatory and is required to access the premises. If this information is not provided, access to the company's premises will be denied.

Your rights

As an interested party to the data processing, you can contact the Data Controller (whose contact details are shown at the beginning of this document) to exercise the rights of access and cancellation provided for by Article 15 of the GDPR 2016/679.
