Okomesan uses a variety of small and round rice with a pearly appearance and high absorption capacity. It is the classic "Originario" that was selected in Italy in the early 1900s and has maintained the original characteristics of the Japanese varieties from which it derives.
It is worked with Japanese methods, to obtain a product that when cooked appears white, without imperfections, soft but with a certain resistance to chewing, sticky and above all "good".
We recommend using it within the month once the package has been opened and within 3 months of purchase for optimal consumption.
